Provozovatel umělé slalomové dráhy Štvanice a riversurfové vlny Nautis (“Vlny Štvanice”) zapsaný spolek Vlna Štvanice, z.s. IČ: 02905833 (“Provozovatel”), zajišťuje provoz sportoviště a zázemí Loděnice na adrese Štvanice 944, Praha 7. Pro sportovce a své členy umožňuje účast na společných trénincích (“session”) za následujících provozních podmínek:

Každý uživatel Vln Štvanice je povinen respektovat rezervace rezervačním systému na stránce www.vlnystvanice.cz a rozdělení dráhy na riversurfovou vlnu v čelní části tratě a dráhu s divokou vodou dle pokynů provozovatele.
Přístup na sportoviště vyžaduje dobrou fyzickou kondici a dobré plavecké schopnosti. Přístup vede přes pozemky státních organizací a plavební dráhu provozovanou Povodím Vltavy, s.p., kterou je třeba přeplavat a dbát opatrnosti při průjezdu dalších plavidel. Pokud uživatel není v adekvátní kondici nebo se cítí nemocný, provozovatel a kterýkoliv z jejích členů má právo odmítnout přístup na Vlny Štvanice.
Každý uživatel činí svůj přístup plně na vlastní zodpovědnost a s plným respektem k pravidlům stanoveným provozovatelem tak, aby využití vlny přinášelo co nejvíce užitku všem obyvatelům a nikomu nezpříjemňoval jeho zážitek ze sportování a spolkových aktivit.
Podmínkou pro přístup na Vlny Štvanice je zachování bezpečnostních pravidel a předběžné opatrnosti a dále předpsané nasazení bezpečnostních prvků, jako je vhodná obuv (doporučuje se neoprenová surfingová obuv), plovací vesta a přilba na divokou vodu.
Přístupové trasy nemají instalované bezpečnostní prvky jako je zábradlí nebo jednoduchý přístup pro záchrannou techniku. Uživatel proto bere na vědomí přijetím těchto podmnek, že musí dbát zvýšené opatrnosti pohybu a neprovádět průjezdy kolem překážek tvořících vodní terén, které neodpovídají schopnostem uživatele a nejlépe využívat v počátečních fázích zkušeného doprovodu (např. instruktorů autorizovaných provozovatelem).
Uživatel bere na vědomí, že sporty na divoké vodě jsou nebezpečné a mohou vést k úrazu nebo smrti.
Osoby mladší 15 let mohou na Vlny Štvanice přistupovat pouze v doprovodu zodpovědné dospělé osoby.
Uživatelům není dovoleno svévolně poškozovat zařízení na USD, tahat za branky, neoprávněně manipulovat s překážkami, provádět jakékoliv zásahy do zařízení apod…
Uživatelé nemohou přistupovat na Vlny Štvanice pokud jsou pod vlivem alkoholu nebo jiných omamných látek.
Uživatel nesmí vjíždět do vývařiště stavidla, nesmí vjíždět ani do napouštějící se dráhy – mohou se vytvářet nebezpečné víry a válce a hrozí nebezpečí poškození zdraví nebo materiálu.

Tyto podmínky nabývají závaznosti okamžikem vytvoření rezervace v rezervačním systému a vůči provozovateli nemůže být kladen nárok, který by plynul z nedodržení výše uvedných pravidel.

Hlavní je ale zachovat si respekt k vodnímu živlu a radám od zkušenějších vodáků nebo surfařů. Nepřeceňovat své schopnosti a přijmout, že mořský surfing nebo jiné surfingové sporty jsou odlišné od surfování na říční vlně.

The operator of the artificial slalom course Štvanice and the riversurf wave Nautis (“Vlny Štvanice”), registered association Vlna Štvanice, z.s. ID No.: 02905833 (“Operator”), provides the operation of the sports ground and the facilities of the Loděnice at Štvanice 944, Prague 7. It allows athletes and its members to participate in joint training sessions (“sessions”) under the following operating conditions:

Each user of the Štvanice is obliged to respect the booking system at www.vlnystvanice.cz and the division of the course into a riversurf wave in the front part of the course and a wild water course according to the operator’s instructions.
Access to the venue requires good physical condition and good swimming skills. The access leads through the land of state organizations and the fairway operated by the Vltava River Basin, s.p., which must be swum and care must be taken when passing other vessels. If the user is not in adequate condition or feels ill, the operator and any of its members have the right to refuse access to the Waves of Štvanice.
Each user makes his/her access entirely at his/her own risk and with full respect for the rules set by the operator so that the use of the waves brings the most benefit to all residents and does not detract from anyone’s experience of the sport and social activities.

Access to the Štvanice Waves is subject to the observance of safety rules and precautions, as well as the wearing of safety equipment such as appropriate footwear (neoprene surf shoes are recommended), a buoyancy vest and a wild water helmet.
Access routes do not have safety features such as guardrails or easy access for rescue equipment installed. Therefore, the user acknowledges by accepting these conditions that he/she must take extra care in moving around and not make passes around obstacles forming the water terrain that do not match the user’s abilities and preferably use an experienced escort (e.g. instructors authorized by the operator) in the initial stages.
The user acknowledges that wild water sports are dangerous and can lead to injury or death.
Persons under 15 years of age may only access the Waves of Štvanice when accompanied by a responsible adult.
Users are not allowed to arbitrarily damage the equipment at USD, pull the gates, tamper with the obstacles, make any interference with the equipment, etc…
Users may not access the Waves of Štvanice if they are under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
The user may not enter the lock’s springing area, nor may he enter the inflating runway – dangerous eddies and cylinders may form and there is a risk of damage to health or material.

These conditions become binding at the moment of making a reservation in the reservation system and no claim can be made against the operator arising from non-compliance with the above rules.

However, the main thing is to respect the water element and the advice of more experienced paddlers or surfers. Do not overestimate your abilities and accept that sea surfing or other.
